Patriot, LLC (Patriot) is pleased to announce it has successfully achieved ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications. Patriot’s audit was performed by Advanced Network Technology Solutions, Inc (ANTS).

ISO/IEC 20000 is the international best practice standard specifically for IT Service Management (ITSM). It describes an integrated set of management processes which form a service management system for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard that focuses on the protection of sensitive information gathered from customers that an organization collects, stores, transmits, or processes. It governs the establishment and certification of an Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
