Patriot provides government and commercial customers with networking and telecommunications, infrastructure support services, cyber security information assurance, and applications development and lifecycle support services. Here are some of our mission critical programs:
CIOSP3: As a Prime on CIOSP3’s Small Business and SDVOSB contracts, we deliver apex of cutting-edge technology support. Our new Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from NITAAC provides all federal civilian or DoD agencies with a state-of-the-art streamlined acquisition and fast provisioning capability to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements and socioeconomic goals.
Eagle Alliance: Patriot provides IT, telecommunications, database development, system administration and mission-critical systems support.
ITSA: ITSA is the District’s method for the procurement of IT staff augmentation contractors. OST, Inc. (Optimal Solutions and Technologies) facilitates the staff augmentation procurement process between District program managers and ITSA-registered vendors. OST, Inc. has partnered with People fluent to provide a fully-functional Vendor Management System that handles the workflow from beginning to end. The ITSA Project is ISO 9001:2008 compliant.
NSETS III: The NSETS III small business set-aside IDIQ contract is a streamlined acquisition tool to utilize small businesses and offers a full range of IT services in five functional areas: Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Support, and Training.
Seaport-e: SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in twenty-two (22) functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.
Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS II): The Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS II) contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Transportation Security Administration. The goal of the OASIS II contract is to provide full service, enterprise-focused applications development capabilities where IT services are delivered through state-of-the-art, service-enabled IT software systems and dynamic computing environments. Through the scope of this contract, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) shall provide portable, reusable, and interoperable business-driven solutions to support the greater mission of TSA.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC):
CMS’ vision is to achieve a transformed and modernized health care system. SPARC will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations.
