CMS’ vision is to achieve a transformed and modernized health care system. SPARC will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations.
- For use by CMS and all and HHS Operational Divisions (OPDIVs)
- Non-mandatory use
- IDIQ consists of 10 or 11 different Service Categories
- Base Ordering Period 5 years with a 5 year Option
- Orders $29M or less reserved for small business pool
- Small Business can bid on unrestricted opportunities
- Contract Ceiling: $25,000,000,000
- No administrative fee
- Ability to sole source to 8(a) primes for TOs under $4M
