TSA Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS II)
The Operational Applications Support and Information Services (OASIS II) contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Transportation Security Administration. The goal of the OASIS II contract is to provide full service, enterprise-focused applications development capabilities where IT services are delivered through state-of-the-art, service-enabled IT software systems and dynamic computing environments. Through the scope of this contract, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) shall provide portable, reusable, and interoperable business-driven solutions to support the greater mission of TSA.
As a Subcontractor to BAE Systems, Patriot’s activities on OASIS II include:
- Providing greater standardization and consistency in the delivery of applications development services to all mission partners within the TSA community
- Improving information sharing and collaboration via enterprise architecture principles and supporting technologies
- Optimizing return on all IT investments
- Creating partnerships with industry leaders to capitalize on best practices and leading-edge solutions with emphasis on innovation and future ideation
- Effectively leverage existing information investments and assets, such as data/information from the internet and information resellers in machine readable formats, to effectively address emerging mission requirements
- Deploying services based on mission and business needs that help transform TSA into a leading IT organization across the Government
- Updating and maintaining a directory of services to support mission partners and stakeholders
